iPhone Take Two

Ok, this is going to be a very short post: I'm posting this from my one-day old iPhone (16GB Black), so typing this is still a pretty laborious process. So far I'm very pleased with the overall experience, although there are a few things that I would fix. This truly is a game changing device, with the gestalt of the App Store, 2.0 firmware and (somewhat crippled) SDK; although I am sorely disappointed at the lack of ubiquitous pre-emptive multitasking. I wonder as well, whether it would be possible, using small pulses of the vibrate mechanism, to simulate haptic feedback, and therefore convince your mind that that feedback had taken place? Anyone? Bueller?

i assume,by now, you've seen that apps with feedback are being yanked from the app store... Apple says only messenger-type apps can vibrate.

PERFECT timing!!! I was just thinking about this very post, after reading an article on Gizmodo here: http://gizmodo.com/5036214/motionx-dice-contains-realistic-dice-physics-is-free just a few minutes ago. I installed the dice app, which uses some really cool physics and the vibrator, to provide haptic feedback!. So it seems firstly, that my idea is at least somewhat viable; and secondly, that the App store is being run incredibly inconsistently, and that nobody knows wtf they're doing yet....
